A one-day Introduction to Healing workshop for anyone interested in learning the basics of healing.
Explore healing, meditation, the seven major chakras and their influence on health and healing. Learn simple healing techniques for yourself, family and friends.
A relaxed day of learning through explanations, explorations and simple exercises, so come and learn some healing and some fun...
This day is valuable on its own; it may also spark your interest to explore the world of healing further.

The nearest bus to HealthPlex is 42b. Alternatively take 27, 27b, 27c, 42, 42a, 42c, 43, 127, 128 along the Malahide Road to the Artane Roundabout. Cross the Malahide Road on alighting, and take the second exit to the right off the roundabout onto Gracefield Road. Take second right onto Brookwood , first left onto Brookwood Grove, first right onto Rosemount Avenue. HealthPlex is in the group of shops halfway along the road on the right, over the Playroom Creche
Dart:
Alight at Harmonstown Dart Station. Turn left leaving the station onto Brookwood Rise. Take second turn right onto Rosemount Avenue. HealthPlex is in the group of shops halfway along the road on the left, over the Playroom Creche.
